About Us
SAFE is a contact center that provides a secure and confidential platform for individuals within the workforce to report incidents of workplace harassment, receive support, investigation of incidents, awareness sessions
All cases reported through SAFE are handled with the highest discretion and sensitivity. Additionally, those who would have been subjected to harassment are given hands-on support and offered specialist resources to help them cope with the emotional and psychological aftermath.
SAFE further provides educational tools and workshops to raise awareness about sexual harassment and prevention strategies, with the ultimate goal of creating safer and more inclusive workplaces for all.

What is
Sexual Harassment
Sexual harassment refers to but is not limited to any form of inappropriate, and unwelcome behaviour of a sexual nature. It involves:
- The violation of personal space,
- unwanted physical contact,
- indecent gestures,
- inappropriate comments/ compliments that make one uncomfortable,
- rape or coercion, and emotional manipulation to force sexual acts.
